Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Chief Solutions Architect to develop innovative solution architectures and lead the resolution of complex issues in a variety of projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing architectural roadmaps for enterprise architecture (EA), collaborating with R&D divisions, and leading teams to deliver cutting-edge solutions to highly complex problems.
Key Responsibilities for Chief Solutions Architect:
- Solution Architecture Development: Design and implement enterprise architecture in alignment with client requirements and organizational strategies.
- Leadership: Lead teams, including supervising first-level managers and project supervisors, ensuring effective collaboration and project delivery.
- Business Development: Architect systems that align with government evaluation criteria, supporting business development efforts.
- Government Client Collaboration: Work closely with government clients to translate goals into technical solutions, ensuring successful project execution.
- Technology Expertise: Contribute to the development of new principles, concepts, and solutions based on advanced theories in cloud technologies, DevSecOps, and MLOps automation.
Basic Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience managing software development with a focus on modernization efforts in cloud, DevSecOps, MLOps, or other forward-leaning technologies.
- 5+ years of experience in Agile software development, particularly with the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
- Demonstrated experience with business development and aligning enterprise solutions with government evaluation criteria and SOW (Statements of Work).
- Solid knowledge of system engineering practices and ITSM (IT Service Management).
- Experience leading cross-functional teams, delivering complex projects, and interacting with clients directly.
- Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Cybersecurity, or Computer Science (CS).
Preferred Qualifications Chief Solutions Architect:
- 5+ years of experience with UNIX and Linux, including shell scripting.
- Experience with ITSM/IT Operations practices and USCYBERCOM.
- TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph.
- Master’s degree in a STEM field (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics).
Compensation & Benefits Chief Solutions Architect:
- Salary Range: $122,200 – $227,000 (Annual USD) based on experience and qualifications.
