Key Responsibilities:
- Intelligence Analysis: Conduct all-source intelligence analysis, providing critical insights to inform operations and decision-making processes for military and government officials.
- Finished Intelligence Products: Research, write, and deliver finished intelligence products, including reports, assessments, and briefings, based on classified and open-source intelligence.
- Collaboration: Work alongside DoD and IC (Intelligence Community) counterparts to produce high-quality intelligence for defense operations, providing intelligence support to ongoing operations and exercises.
- Senior Leader Briefings: Regularly brief senior military and government leadership on findings, trends, and operational insights.
- Cyber Operations Expertise: Apply knowledge of cyber operations, cyber threat actors, and emerging technological trends to assess operational environments and identify key vulnerabilities.
- Mentoring & Leadership: Mentor junior analysts, sharing expertise and best practices to help grow their skills and improve team performance.
Basic Qualifications:
To qualify for this role, you should have the following:
- 8+ years of experience in all-source intelligence analysis, particularly in cyber operations, threat intelligence, and security analysis.
- Experience in writing finished intelligence products and applying intelligence tradecraft standards (including ICD 203 and ICD 206).
- Experience briefing senior military and government officials on intelligence matters and collaborating with DoD or IC counterparts.
- Active TS/SCI clearance (polygraph required).
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
- 12+ years of experience in intelligence analysis, particularly supporting the EUCOM AOR (Area of Responsibility) and cyberspace operations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including experience confidently interfacing with senior leadership.
- Master’s degree in a related discipline.
- DoD 8570 IAT Level I or IAM Level I Certification (preferred).
